Gindara Estate Tomato

Material:
800 grams of fish gindara, cross section 2 cm
1 teaspoon salt
1 lemon fruit, take water
3 tablespoon olive oil
2 fruit bombai onion, finely chopped
6 cloves garlic, refined
2 tsp grated ginger
2 cm cinnamon/kayumanis
1 / 4 tsp cardamom
1 tsp paprika powder
1 spoon black pepper powder
250 grams tomatoes, remove the seed , slices, dice
1 tablespoon sugar
150 ml water

How to Make:
* Mixed fish, salt and lime juice, soaked 15 minutes, eliminated.
* Heat oil, tumis onion bombai, garlic, ginger, and cinnamon/kayumanis cardamom, cooking until fragrant.
* Add tomatoes, salt, sugar and water, boil it over a small fire.
* Enter the fish, cook again until cooked, lift, served warm.
