Mackerel with Tofu

Ideal for this dish served with rice. Moreover, the fish is very
good for health because it contains Omega3 and proein

(for 2 portions)
1 cans chicken saos brand Mackerel in tomato 155 grams
200 grams of Tofu, cut small
50 grams chopped onion
5 grams pepper smooth
2 tablespoon tomato saos
2 tsp sugar
1 teaspoon salt

How to cook:
Tumis the chopped onion. Saos Add tomatoes, sugar and salt.
Mackerel following entries saos tomatnya. Add pepper and Tofu. Boil
for 2-3 minutes. Ready presented.
