Material
* Beef (brisket) 1kg, diced.
* Eggs salt 5 eggs.
* Water 3 liters.

Seasoning
* galangal 2 vertebra, crushed.

Spices that
* Kluwak 3 pieces.
* Onion 10 grains.
* 3 cloves garlic.

Materials sauce
* Chili 10 pieces.
* 5 grains of red onion.
* Salt to taste.
How to cook
* Saute the spice paste. Input galangal, ginger, lemongrass and lime leaves until fragrant

Spinach Tofu wrap (for blood group A)
Material:
250 grams in
1 egg
1 bunch spinach, leaves take
80 grams carrot, cut according to taste
2 pieces of banana leaf
Mashed spices:
10 grains pepper
5 pieces of red onion
3 cloves under white enoungh salt
How to create:
* Subtle tofu, the press, mixed with eggs and the average fine flavor.
* Take a banana leaf sheet, arrange spinach on top of it. Enter the dough out, Justify. Place the carrots in one of the edge spinach, while bearing in solid. Lidi with tweezers.
* Steam the dough for 40 minutes until cooked, lift, cold.
* Cut out form or according rounded taste, serve.
