Mackerel spicy Ala Thailand

Tip: This dish is ideal served with rice for. Furthermore, fish
very good for health because it contains Omega3.
(for 2 portions)

1 cans chicken saos brand Mackerel in tomato 155 grams.
(can be replaced with others)
4 fruit sereh.
5 fruit young corn, cut small
2 cloves red onion, sliced small
3 pieces of red chili, sliced oblique
1 tablespoon lime juice lime
2 tbs cooking oil

How to cook:
Heat oil, tumis all ingredients except the mackerel until fragrant.
Add mackerel and serve while warm.

Pepes Spicy

Material:
800 grams of milk
Stem leaves 3 onions, finely sliced
2 stem Serai, bruised, sliced finely
20 pieces of basil leaves
1 tablespoon lime juice
0.5 tsp salt
Its just a banana leaf

Mashed Spices:
13 pieces red chilli
10 pieces red onion
5 candlenuts grains
2 cm turmeric
2 cm ginger
salt is enough

Complement:
Sambal rover, Ready to use
vegetables

How to Create:
* Add milk fish with lime juice, salt and fine spices, wait 5minutes so that the spices permeate.
* Take a banana leaf sheet, place fish with spices, spring onion, sliced Serai and basil.
* Heat boiler, steam the fish until cooked, lift.
* Burn the fish to add flavor, served with warm rice, vegetables and sambal plow.
